Chairman’s Order request the City Manager communicate once again with the Election Commission his request that the use of a bilingual ballot be continued in future elections.
Chairman’s Order request the Election Commission report to the City Council subsequent to the November 6, 2001 Municipal Election the degree of success they realized in placing bilingual poll workers in those voting locations that receive large numbers of Spanish speaking voters.
Chairman’s Order request the Election Commission provide the City Council with a copy of the Delete Voter List in the beginning of 2002.
