1.     Communication of the City Manager transmitting communication relative to the completion of an economic development plan for the re-use of the Greenwood Street landfill.

2.     Chairman’s Order from Commerce and Development Adopted April 10, 2001 – Request that in the contract for the conveyance of landfill property, that the Administration distribute the proceeds of the sale of this city-owned land for development off of the proposed Nippnapp Trail between the Quinsigamond Heritage Park Revitalization Plan and the Greenwood Street Streetscape Improvement Program and also include a requirement that Liberty Properties and P & W RR partner with the Vernon Hil/Green Island CDC.

Chairman’s Order Request that in permitting of buildings to be located off of the Nippnapp Trail that residents of all streets that intersect Greenwood Street and all other streets bounded by Upland, Harwich, Forsberg, Steele and Whipple Street be notified and invited to attend the public meetings and offer input.

                   2. Jack Donahue, 16 Victoria Avenue requested that development limitations concern the directing of lighting, lighting of the sides of the buildings, billboards and landscaping buffers.

Councillor Patton asked that the ten points referred to by Ms. Petrella be incorporated as part of the minutes of this meeting.
