Coleman, III request City Council consider naming the triangle at the intersection of Belmont St. and Lincoln St. where the new Honor Roll Monument for Worcester's Citizens of Color of WWII will be located after Mr. Waverly Taylor and Mr. James G. "Bud" Ward, Jr., the two living soldiers of the Honor Roll that was first dedicated on December 5, 1945.
