Mayor Petty read a Proclamation declaring the week of April 27th through May 4th as days of remembrance in memory of the victims of the Holocaust and in honor of the survivors, as well as the rescuers and liberators, and further proclaimed that we, as citizens of the City of Worcester, should work to promote human dignity and confront hate whenever and where it occurs. Central MA Jewish Federation President Natalie Rudolph received the Proclamation from the City Council, and spoke. Also in attendance were Edward G. Robinson and Jeremy Fontain from the Human Rights Commission.
