Small businesses with 10 or fewer employees and commercial property assessed for less than $1M would receive a 10 percent reduction on their property taxes. (Smith, Eddy, O'Brien)

Request City Council establish a policy requiring fees generated and collected by employees of the City Clerk's office for the performance of weddings in the City Hall building during regular work hours go to the City Treasury and not to the individuals in the City Clerk's Office who perform the weddings.
