Mayor O'Brien recognized the City Manager who provided comments regarding the proposed expansion of CSX and introduced Maurice O'Connell, a representative of CSC, and requested that he be allowed to address City Council. Councilor Petty moved to suspend the rules to allow Mr. O'Connell to address the City Council - Approved Mr. O'Connell thanked the City Council for the opportunity to discuss and work with the City regarding this very important initiative.
