RESOLUTION - That the City Council of the City of Worcester hereby supports and encourages the petition of the Worcester Women's History Project to the United States Postal Service for the issuance of a commemorative stamp on January 15, 2011 marking the 200th anniversary of the birth of Abby Kelley Foster, renowned Worcester reformer.
