65d.   Request City Manager to alleviate concerns have SMOC provide more specific details of their proposals as to the following points: 1) What does no active alcohol or drug use allowed mean? The plan is to place the populace that is currently wandering or residing in the PIP shelter in facilities in residential neighborhoods, the concern is to whether these people are actively sober. 2) Because these houses will be in residential neighborhoods what are the qualifications of the people running the SMOC houses and are they going to abide by a level of professionalism? 3) Where are the several properties located  outside the city that will become part of the regional housing continuum? This will provide proof that they are serious about looking at other locations other than Worcester.
