23.          Request City Manager to provide the City Council with a chart aligning the permanent positions in the Development Office by job title within each of the various sections of the department and a separate listing of the names of the staff people.

25.          Request the Budget Director to provide City Council with a report addressing the 20% administrative salary cap in the newly aligned financial administration of the city's block grant.

28.          Request  City Manager  re-investigate the sale of city owned land in Shrewsbury as it relates to composting and the affects this sale may have on the proposed urban tree program.

 

29.          Request City Manager continue to support Commissioner O’Brien’s plans regarding the Ty Cobb Fields and to pursue litigation that might result in the city recouping expenses in the remediation of contamination at the James Street complex.

30.          Request the Parks Commissioner to consider extending the lifeguard position’s employment, to start earlier in the season in another capacity, as part of his effort to attract college students who seek employment beginning at the end of the spring semester in mid-May.
